1. Order Created

• Customer places order in OMS
• Order and order lines created
• No SLA clocks yet

2. ATP / Availability Check

• Inventory availability evaluated at order-line level
• Can result in:
  • Full ATP
  • Partial ATP
  • Backorder
• Gate for confirmation
• Only ATP-approved quantities proceed to Order Confirmation.
• Unavailable quantities are removed or re-promised before confirmation.

3. Order Confirmed

• Commercial commitment is locked
• SLAs and promise dates are set
• Order becomes eligible for release
• ATP resolution is complete at this stage; downstream execution begins after confirmation.

4. Order Released

• OMS → WMS handoff
