Orbis is a focus timer app that uses a virtual cosmos as a visual companion to help users build sustained attention. By using the app, you agree to abide by this agreement and any applicable laws and regulations.

The app does not require account creation or sign-in. All user data is kept on your device.

2.2 Data Management

You are responsible for preserving and backing up the data stored on your device. Removing the app, resetting the device, or switching to a new device may result in permanent data loss.

3. Usage Rules

You agree not to use the app in any of the following ways:

• To create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content;
• To attempt reverse engineering, hacking, security bypass, or any unauthorized access or modification;
• To disrupt normal service operation or interfere with other users' experience.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app and its contents — including software code, user interface design, text, graphics, and audio assets — belong to Orbis or its rightful licensors. No content may be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior permission.
