What we do
At Tokidos, we're developing a screen-free, educational gaming platform that helps young people, aged 3 to 7 develop their cognitive skills.
The platform is powered by AI that learns children's interests and abilities and develops a tailored learning experience for each child by recommending the games with the perfect fit.
The game categories cover language, music, logic and so much more.
The startup is in early stage and has been accepted at Centech's prestigious Propulsion program. We're therefore scaling the team and getting the funding we need to bring our solution to market.
That's where you come in:
What you do:
We're building a high impact product with a fair level of complexity that requires exceptional organizational abilities and grit.
What we want you to help with is the following:
- Funding: Keep track of all the programs that we are applying for or will apply to and help create convincing applications to secure funding and accelerate launch.
- Budgeting: Help manage budgets and prepare financial overview of spending, burn rate and potential revenues.
- Day-to-day operations: Coordinate activities, projects and challenges to achieve key milestones.
- You're bilingual French, English. This is important because we're based in Quebec.
A few things on how we work:
- We're flexible, building a remote culture and want this to work for you as much as for us. There's no point asking you to do things you don't like, so please review what we said above thoroughly.
- We create value for and serve our customers. We're here to empower the current and future generations of children through adaptive and tailored learning experiences. If do so well, we'll be successful.
- We're inclusive. Tokidos is committed to create a diverse environment. We encourage you to apply regardless of your color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, expression or age.
- We have fun, struggle and learn a ton! Starting a company is all about bringing together a group of people to work towards a common goal. If we don't have fun - but struggle only - what's the point?
