The Role

As an operations manager you will support us in a variety of fields - ranging from accounting, dealflow management, emails, IT tasks and scheduling calendars. You'll be interacting directly with the team, portfolio founders and many of our partners. You will lead the rest of the operations team.

We're looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive ☀️. Big bonus if you consider yourself an optimist. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, who holds themselves to a high standard - especially in regards to deadlines and details.

You don’t have to have perfect skills, there is an opportunity to learn along the way – your attitude and desire to learn is going to be what will make this job into a long-term fit. Also, there is room to grow in the position - inside Tomahawk.VC or in one of our portfolio companies.
