Requirements:

This role will require you to work closely with our co-founders and take the steering wheel in all things operations and sales. You’ll be responsible for overseeing many of the operations that are detrimental to the company's long-term success.

Required:

• Goal-oriented and owner mindset. Strong work ethic and the ability to lead small but mighty teams
• High standards for general quality, cleanliness, and organization.
• Handles time management with care. Produce is a finicky and time-sensitive perishable good that requires upfront strategic planning in order to do right.
• Logical and quick problem-solver with an eye for details.
• Customer-obsessed and passionate about changing the way Canadians shop and eat.
• Available to work weekends and holidays, if exceptionally needed.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
