About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Intelligence Intern to support our team in Berlin. The team is responsible for overseeing the customer journey from the first contact and all the way to the ongoing management of the product. You will have the unique opportunity to work in a cross functional team environment, be a key part of our startup from the early stage and have a direct influence in shaping the product.

In this role, you will:

• Work with customers and our team to improve the product on a continuous basis
• Support customers to better understand the products and features
• Run data analysis and constantly review metrics to gain a deeper understanding and support data-driven decisions on key improvements
• Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications and stakeholder management in a high-functioning team environment
• Assume end-to-end responsibility and take ownership in your realm

What you need to be successful:

Background:

• You have a Bachelor or Master from a prestigious university in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services industry (Bank, FinTech, etc.) or in consulting

Skills:

• You have native German and excellent English language skills
• You possess exceptional analytical and strong Excel skills
