Our work focuses on rebuilding how the company actually runs, from organizational design and decision-making to go-to-market alignment, execution systems, and leadership cadence.

About the Role

You will work directly with the founder of Growth Geek and be involved in the execution of client engagements, as well as internal operations and go-to-market activities.

This is a high-ownership Operations & GTM role where you will act as the layer that connects:

• client work
• internal execution
• content and production
• commercial and go-to-market efforts

You will be working across multiple client engagements and initiatives at the same time, helping ensure that everything moves with structure, clarity, and momentum.

You will work closely with the founder to translate priorities into structured execution, and ensure that execution actually happens.
