Summary
We are seeking a multilingual, detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to support Finscale, a leading media and advisory platform dedicated to the transformation of finance (FinTech, governance, leadership).
As part of this role, you will work closely with **Solenne Niedercorn, founder of Finscale**, and collaborate with outsourced teams (production, design, communication). You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across content creation, guest relations, and publishing workflows.
This is a freelance, part-time position (10–15 hours per week, flexible, remote-friendly) designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves both structure and creativity, and wants to contribute to shaping the future of financial media.

Responsibilities
- Content preparation: assist in drafting and formatting LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and communication materials.
- Podcast & media ops: support the uploading of episodes, liaise with production teams, and ensure timelines are met.
- Publishing: schedule and program posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram.
- Guest relations: coordinate with speakers and interviewees (briefs, logistics, reminders).
- Operational support: manage tasks, follow up with outsourced partners, keep Notion/Drive organized.
Optional / Bonus (depending on profile):
- Conduct light sectoral research and prepare guest or trend briefs.
- Repurpose content into different formats (shorts, carousels, posts).
- Track and report engagement metrics.
- Assist with masterclass logistics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Ops/Content Coordinator.
- Strong digital skills and ease with modern tools (Notion, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, Instagram, automation tools).
- Excellent command of French & English (oral and written).
- Interest in finance, entrepreneurship or media is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with the founder’s priorities.
- Positive energy, adaptability, and discretion.
Bonus Points
- Experience in media, podcasting, or digital content creation.
- Knowledge of financial ecosystems (FinTech, investment funds, banking).
- Familiarity with analytics tools or marketing automation.
- Previous work with entrepreneurs or startups.
