Salary: N100,000 monthly.

About the Role:
The Nolly Guide (TNG) is seeking an organised, proactive Operations Assistant to provide essential support for projects and events. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to contribute to the success of The Nolly Guide including the trivia night, film club and other developing side projects.
About You:
You are a dynamic and highly organised individual with an interest in the Nigerian film industry ("Nollywood") and a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and administrative skills. You’re willing to learn and a problem solver.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central support for aligning and confirming schedules for all TNG content production
- Assist in the research, collation, and organization of information for the nolly guide content. This may involve gathering details on films, actors, directors, and other relevant industry information.
- Contribute to the research and development of trivia questions and content for The Nolly Trivia alongside the event day operations.
- Support with managing the nollywatch community (including planning watch parties, community engagement, etc)
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and deadlines related to all projects.
- Maintain and organize all operational files, contracts, and internal documentation, decks
- Provide support for any other ad-hoc tasks and side projects as required.
Requirements:
- No prior work experience required however strong work ethic and dedication to the work is required.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using email, calendar management tools, and basic office software (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace).
