- 3 venues shortlisted for consideration - Transcorp Hillton Abuja, Lakowe Lakes Golf and Country Estate Lagos, La Champagne Tropicale Lagos
- Venue Availability enquiries sent to all 3 shortlisted venues
- Project workspace set up in Notion with Task tracker, Risk register, Stakeholder log and all project documents
- Communication plan activated - weekly check-ins scheduled every Friday at 10am
