Project Purpose and Justification

Vitalbridge Technologies Ltd has commissioned Operation Connect to strengthen team cohesion and celebrate the successful delivery of the Tendara MVP. Following an intensive 8 weeks product development sprint, the leadership team identified a strategic need to invest in team culture, cross-functional relationships and employee wellbeing. A fully coordinated offsite retreat has been approved to achieve these goals.

This project is authorized based on:

• Executive approval from HR Director and company co-founders
• Allocated budget of #5,000,000 from the company’s Q3 operational budget
• Strategic proriy of team retention and culture building in Q3 2025

Project Objectives

• Plan and execute a 3 day team offsite for 15 Vitalbridge Technologies Ltd team members
• Strengthening team cohesion, improving cross-functional collaboration
• Recognizing team performance following the successful completion of the Tendara MVP development project.
• Achieve a post-event team satisfaction source of 80% or above
