Session 1 was me sharing my system. This session is about building yours.

There’s a risk in looking at someone else’s working system — you admire the structure, try to copy it, and it never quite fits. That’s not what this is for.
In this session, I walk through five foundations — five starting shapes for people whose work looks genuinely different from each other. A coach and a founder don’t organize their days the same way. Neither does someone mid-transition, or someone quietly building a body of ideas for a book.
These templates came from patterns I keep noticing across the work I’ve done with people in different roles and stages. None of them are prescriptions. They’re starting shapes → the kind you recognize because you’re already, in some form, working in them.
Open the page below, pick the one closest to where you are, and make it yours (instructions provided to duplicate in Notion. If you’re using something else, let’s chat).
Start by swapping out the example data. Everything else follows from there.
Session 2 — Choose Your Foundation
One thing I’ve learned about making this “in-between” space work for me? You don’t find the right foundation by planning all the details carefully. You start with something, and notice what holds, and let go of what drifts away naturally.
If you couldn’t join us live, I hope this page is useful and that something in it or the recording below gives your work a better place to land.
