What is an open source HR project?

It's a HR project that is made freely available and accessible to everyone - anyone can see, use and improve. The HR projects in the Learngility Open Source Community are mainly creating People Products that improve employees' experience.

Why did I choose to open source my HR projects?

My personal motivation is making knowledge and learnings accessible for people building better, faster and more fulfilling start-ups.
