At Veri, we default to transparency. Even in our compensation policy.

People shouldn't worry about how much more money their colleagues make. There are bigger problems to solve. That's why everyone at Veri is given the opportunity to know each other's salaries.

If you are comfortable with having your salary and options shared, accessible only to your colleagues who also consent to disclosing their salaries and number of options, you can sign a consent letter to confirm this. Disclosed salaries and options will be published in a shared data platform for the employees who have given consent to this.

If you are not comfortable with sharing your salary and options, then neither your salary/options will be disclosed nor can you see anyone else’s salaries/options.

Your decision to consent or not consent will in no way affect your salary, role or place in the company moving forwards. Feel free to reach out to Anttoni if you have further questions.
