TML is hosting a series of online drop-in sessions this week. These informal sessions are a chance for instructors to talk with each other and find out what other people are doing (especially if your university or employer has thrust the prospect of online classes upon you with little to no notice). This isn't a course (or a crash course), but an opportunity to talk, share ideas and most importantly connect with instructors in the same position.

The online sessions will be facilitated by Stafford Lumsden (TML Senior Fellow) who has 5+ years of experience teaching online in synchronous and asynchronous settings. Currently he is a learning designer/knowledge engineer at The University of Wollongong, and PhD candidate in the faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Macquarie University, NSW, Australia.
TML is a collective of TESOL educators from around the world with experience teaching at all levels and in diverse contexts. TML fellows currently teach in Korea, The United States, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia. Senior fellows of the TESOL Media Lab hold one or more advanced degrees in applied linguistics and usually have 10 years or more of teaching and/or research experience in the field.
