User experience (UX) insights collected by Online Educators through ongoing user support and community engagement across ZKsync Discord and related community channels from September 2025 to January 2026.
The report summarizes recurring issues, pain points, feedback, and friction points encountered by users within the ZKsync ecosystem. Grounded in authentic user experiences, it reflects the actual circumstances users face when interacting with ZKsync products, tools, and the ecosystem, providing reference suggestions for the ongoing optimization of the UX.
