GoodFlow is a business process management software that helps any businesses design and automate their workflows, then by engaging their employees/teams with the relevant workflows so that the team can now do their work and track things in GoodFlow. Management also gets a bird's eye view on what's happening.
Typical flow of works in GoodFlow
Account creation
- Sign up for an account
- creating a workspace (unique to my company)
- Adding people to the workspace
Workflow design
- Create a workflow for a business process
- Design it with Stages involved and tasks involved in each stage
- To capture relevant data in each stage put proper form fields
- User can also put content in tasks as guides in forms of text, image, link, file.
- Publish the workflow
- Define members of a workflow and their permission
Design the automation
- Users if required can create multiple automation for a workflow
- Define trigger points: When an automation will be triggered.
