Overview

The onboarding surveys consist of three micro-surveys sent to new employees and their managers, plus an auxiliary time-to-productivity micro-survey that is sent to new employees’ managers only.

You can activate the survey from the Collect tab on the Home page.

Initial survey

“Onboarding” HRIS status initiates the survey sequence

When is it sent? Seven days after employee’s start date in HRIS.

👩‍🔬 What does the employee receive?

The new hire is asked to assess whether expectations have been made clear to them and whether they know who to go to if questions arise.

👩‍🍳 What does the team leader receive?

The ****team leader estimates whether the new hire currently has all the requisite skills and how long it will take them to reach full productivity. The latter estimate spins off a separate performance review micro survey sequence.
