Here is how we make this happen:
Before Day 1: We are getting everything ready for you
We start preparing for your arrival the moment you sign your contract. Before day one, you will hear from us a few times, to
- send your chosen laptop and equipment so you can do your best work
- get the admin out of the way so you can focus on settling in
- Have as many calls as you need to touch base or proactively answer any questions that come up
- One day before, we give you your Google account credentials so you can set up
Behind the scenes, we are already setting up your onboarding plan.
Your First Day:
- On the morning of your first day you will be greeted into the company by Alex, who you already know by now. Together, you go over a Quick Onboarding & Tool Access Check
- After, you can already join your first Daily Kick off and meet your team
- During the first day you will meet with the people you will work most closely, and start getting insight on your area of the business
- You will also be introduced to your onboarding buddy
- By the end of day one, you will already have clarity on your first task
During your first week:
