- social media DM: content se attention grab karte ho, relationship build and pitch offer, it is direct communication so trust is high.
- ad methods: fast, scalable
- authority-based and community-based: best method as you give value in that community, community = trust+belonging. e.g. whatsApp groups, personal brand.
- authority = expert positioning.
