01
Discovery & Research
The foundation of any project is understanding the problem, the audience, and the goals. This stage is about gathering intelligence. It includes;
- Stakeholder Interviews: Identifying the core objectives and pain points.
- Market Analysis: Reviewing competitors and industry trends.
- User Research: Understanding the needs and behaviors of the end-user.
- Audit: Reviewing existing assets or brand equity to see what can be salvaged or improved.
Time Frame: Day 1-3

02
Strategy & Concept
Once the research is complete, we translate those insights into a strategic direction. This step ensures that the design work has a clear purpose.
- Creative Briefing: Drafting a document that serves as the "north star" for the project.
- Moodboarding: Curating visual references to establish the look and feel before moving to high-fidelity work.
- Information Architecture/User Flows: Mapping out how a user will interact with a product or brand.
- Core Messaging: Defining the tone of voice and key value propositions.
Time Frame: Day 3-5

Design & Iteration
This is the execution phase where concepts are brought to life. It is a collaborative process that relies on feedback loops.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Creating low-fidelity versions of the design to test functionality.
- Visual Design: Applying typography, color, and imagery to create the final aesthetic.
- Review Cycles: Presenting the work to the client and incorporating feedback.
- Refinement: Polishing the chosen direction until it meets all strategic requirements.
Time Frame: Day 5-15

Delivery & Implementation
The final stage involves preparing the design for the real world, whether it is digital code, print-ready files, or a brand style guide.
- Asset Handoff: Providing all necessary file formats (SVG, PNG, PDF, etc.).
- Documentation: Creating a "Brand Book" or "Design System" to ensure consistency in future use.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Checking the final product against the original brief to ensure everything works as intended.
- Launch Support: Assisting with the rollout or providing training for internal teams.
Time Frame: Day 15-21
