After configuring the Okta integration, you can now perform actions such as logging out a user or provisioning a user directly from Agent.

When chatting using the Agent thread, click on Actions and select the Okta integration at the bottom.

In the Okta Integration window that appears, first select the action you would like to take. You have options such as Password reset, assigning a user to an application or group, or deactivating a user.

Next type in a search query such as the name of the user to find. You do not need to press anything, the user will automatically start loading when you type in a name. Select the user you would like to take action on and click Execute. This will execute the action you want.

After configuring the Okta integration, you can now configure Agent to display user fields from Okta directly in the Agent Ticket thread in Slack. To set this up, go to the Integrations settings and scroll down to the Okta settings. Here you will see Display Fields. Add whichever fields you like to have displayed with the ticket. Once a ticket is created, Agent will automatically find these specified fields in Okta and add them to the ticket.
