Imaginate provides its softwares Atom and Assist on multiple models that include monthly or annual subscription, perpetual license, on-Imaginate Cloud / on-Client Premise/Cloud. For perpetual license, AMC option is available where upgrades are offered seamlessly to the customer.

For services, Imaginate will provide continuous service to the Client to create additional 360 video or 3D models or such content as agreed in the Scope. Any future additions to the product for customization will also be taken up as a premium offering.

Quarterly feature updates for all annual subscriptions, hotfixes for all patches on immediate basis, annual updates for perpetual licenses with AMC.

Imaginate provides support by remote means through Imaginate network of partners worldwide, and in person in India. The software subscription comes with standard 48 hour email support and a dedicated ticketing portal to raise support tickets. Usual support window is 9am-5pm IST on all weekdays (Monday till Friday) excluding public holidays.

Imaginate has completed an ISO 27001 audit and is expecting its accreditation in October 2021. Imaginate treats quality of service to be paramount to winning customer satisfaction and has strict processes for quality control.
