The People Team are responsible for triggering offboarding task lists in Bob at the appropriate time. See: ‣.

How to remove access to accounts?

For security reasons, we need to remove account access.

• Since MUI is using the Google Workspace account as much as possible as an SSO method, disabling this account will disable access to most accounts.
• Next, open each Tech stack applications and make sure no access is left.

Communicating departures

Employees have completely different preferences on when they’d like the news to break.

At a minimum, it should be broadly communicated 48 hours before the last day.

Exit surveys

We send exit surveys to both involuntary and voluntary leavers.

Why?

• This allows us to aggregate and capture quantitative data about departing employees’ work experience.
