The overall velocity of all aspects of the business is increasing exponentially. The team is more dedicated than ever in transforming the way the Fashion & Luxury industry works and hires, and specifically in hitting our Q4 objectives. Here are a couple of milestones achieved so far in Q4:
📣 Communication
We created a short video to explain Dweet in less than a minute! This is only just the beginning of video content within our marketing strategy and we’re expecting to create more brand awareness thanks to this first video asset. Check out our new Dweet Intro Video.
🐱🏍 Marketplace growth
One of our growth initiatives is to better capitalize on our talent community for both supply & demand side expansion. We re-launched our Referrals program (previously known as Ambassadors) with a strong communication plan and friction-free UX. On the first day of launch, we had 10x visits vs. the normal daily average to this part of our site, confirming the potential of this strong word-of-mouth growth channel. Our talent community has now over 15,000 members and growing steadily towards our year-end goal of 20,000.
On October 12th, we have transitioned our Slack community to a Facebook community. Feel free to join our community here. Currently, we are testing out different types of content within the community, from available opportunities to fashion news to networking. Our community manager meets 1-1 in person or virtually with various community members to better understand members’ needs and wants.
Top 10 Brands that our Talent Members have worked - this shows the quality of the talent we have in our community in terms of industry relevance.
As the volume of opportunities on the Dweet platform is growing exponentially, we are working on making it easier for talent members to discover relevant opportunities and deepen the engagement & value they get from the Dweet platform.
To achieve this, we’ve utilised our matching algorithm to automatically notify talent members when new relevant opportunities are live on the platform.
