Oasis ("we", "our", or "us") is a private social app for small groups of friends and family. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account information: name, email address, and profile photo provided during sign-up via Apple, Google, or WeChat.
• Display name: the name you set per group, visible only to members of that group.
• Content: messages, posts, photos, videos, to-do items, and prompt responses you create within a group.

Information collected automatically

• Location: if you choose to share your location within a group, we collect your latitude and longitude to display it to other group members and to show local weather. Location sharing is always opt-in and can be turned off at any time.
• Device token: a push notification token to deliver notifications to your device.
• Usage data: basic app activity (e.g. when the app was last active) to maintain your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve Oasis:

• To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• To display your name, avatar, and content to members of groups you belong to.
• To show your location and local weather to your group members (only when you opt in).
• To send you push notifications about activity in your groups.
• To respond to feedback or feature requests you submit.
