Our Values

The values we live by are the values we build by. Our culture is centered around the same values that inform how and what we build for couples.

• Equity. We believe that happy couples and healthy relationships must start from a place of fairness, recognition, and showing up with the intention of being on the same team. To be equitable, is to have joint ownership and accountability, and share in outcomes. We’re in this together.
• Diversity & inclusion. Relationships are human, transcending race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity / expression, age, differently abled, religion, socioeconomic background and life experiences. We believe that words are just the beginning: it's action and accountability that matter most. We commit to building a team and customer base that is diverse across all of these facets, and creating a safe space that listens, learns and grows as a result of and in honor of our differences. Compassion represents the greatest level of caretaking, both for oneself and for one’s relationship. As care providers, we lead with compassion to foster compassionate conversations and relationships. You are deeply loved.

• Dream big: We are changing the world in a big way and we believe it everyday, with dangerous levels of optimism
• Kindness & assume good intent: We treat our team like we love them :)
• Be our authentic selves: We believe we can be the strongest team possible when we each come to work as our individual, authentic selves. We don’t have any different expectations than that
• Excellence in work product: We strive to do the absolute best we can, going above and beyond when we can, especially when it comes to our interactions with people and how we make them feel
• Personal life comes first: We are a relationship company, after all!
• Take accountability & do what we say we’ll do
• Gratitude & recognition: We call out good things when they happen and publicly recognize them
• Private feedback: We’re not here to call each other out publicly. Constructive feedback is 1-on-1 as much as possible
• Transparency: We share works in progress, thought processes, questions as much as possible so we can all be on the same page
