🛍️ About ORMAS Sarbani – An Initiative of Bargarh District Administration

Sarbani is a retail initiative born from the vision of the Bargarh District Administration, supported by ORMAS (Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society), to promote rural livelihoods and local entrepreneurship under one unified brand. Conceptualized as a purpose-driven retail platform, Sarbani brings together women-led SHGs, rural producers, handloom artisans, and agri-based entrepreneurs under a single roof—offering them direct market access through organized retail and e-commerce.

Sarbani is not just a store. It’s a symbol of local pride, self-reliance, and grassroots enterprise. Located in Bargarh town, it offers a curated range of region-specific products—from authentic handwoven Sambalpuri textiles to locally sourced rice varieties and natural handmade items.
