1. Purpose and Scope

This Open Privacy Network (OPN) Participation Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the OPN community and use of OPN resources, tools, and specifications.

OPN Mission:

To advance transparency-by-default governance through open standards, reference implementations, and collaborative development of the ANCR (Anchored Notice and Consent Receipt) framework.

Administered by:

Digital Transparency Lab (DTL), a Canadian federal non-profit organization.
