Identity the right subco for “deep approach” based on agreed-upon criteria signed off by executive team. locate the expertise needed to help transform the subco into a community of practice (draw from WOCL mentors, experts, network, etc.) build a comms/event/engagement plan for the subco to cover ~3 months of activities
