Annual goals are hard to set and don't create enough time urgency to motivate you. As a product manager, I have set quarterly goals for my teams and have found amazing success. Using the OKR framework, I have created this template to create your personal OKRs - Objectives and Key Results. In addition to defining quarterly OKRs, there is a framework to track your weekly progress towards these goals.
