Hello and congratulations on accepting your ODX offer! As a reminder we believe in you and what you are doing. We are excited to have you in the program. The next set of steps are outlined here, and we are putting the finishing touches on the founder experience for our program to begin in January. Startups don't happen on schedule, thats why we are not wasting any time getting you setup and started - follow these steps to participate in ODX and our community.

<aside> 🚨 There are 4 steps and the overall process for domestic companies should take between 1-2 weeks from start to wire! International companies can take a little longer, depending on how your corporate structure is set up.

  1. Incorporation: Setting up your Delaware C corp, or moving onto step 2
  2. Due Diligence: Reviewing and confirming company setup and documentation
  3. Deal Documents: ODX SAFE + Investment documents
  4. Wiring Funds: Once we have finalized diligence and have signed documents we release funds

1. Are you incorporated?

NOTE: If you're incorporated with a Delaware C Corp already, please move to the next heading and step!

2. Due Diligence

If you incorporated via AngelList Stack please send all executed and filed documents to [email protected] (based off the list in the Please Provide the Below section) and continue to step 3. ****

Before we can execute documents and wire, we need to dot the i's and cross the t's to make sure that we are compliantly investing in your company. If you're not sure, just include it!

Please provide the below in a reply to the email we sent you (feel free to use box, google drive, or a zip):

Below is a list of things that are needed for due diligence for ODX.

3. ODX SAFE and Participation Letter

At ODX, we use a ODX SAFE Agreement and Participation Letter, signed by On Deck and Founders. The signatory you provided above will be signing off on the SAFE Agreement, but all the founders will be signing off on the Participation Agreement. After due diligence, we will send this out for signature via HelloSign.

The documents are available for your review, and accompanied by a FAQ, at https://www.beondeck.com/terms.
