Objective

Fix the nursing home hub review links after Sam reported that the previously supplied links did not work.

What changed

• Confirmed the plain WordPress draft preview URLs such as ?page_id=70768&preview=true return 404 without a WordPress-generated preview nonce.
• Added FINAL-QA-INDEX-nursing-home-hub-2026-06-04.html in the nursing home wp-stage package.
• Updated PUBLISH-READY-LINKS-nursing-home-hub-2026-06-03.md to lead with the working local HTTP QA launcher and direct local preview URLs.
• Kept WP editor links for admin draft access, but removed the bad preview links from the handoff.

Verification

• Opened the QA launcher in the in-app browser at http://127.0.0.1:8765/FINAL-QA-INDEX-nursing-home-hub-2026-06-04.html.
• Browser DOM check found all six preview cards and six primary preview buttons.
• Direct HTTP checks returned 200 for the launcher and all six preview pages.
• Searched the refreshed handoff for preview=true and ?page_id=707; no matches remained.
