Standard/Premium License

The individual can build End Products using the Toolkit that can then be shared to end users. The individual is not allowed to share the Toolkit or its contents with any other individual or organisation.

Numerro Ltd. grants you an on-going, non-exclusive license to use the Numerro Toolkit.

The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the Numerro Toolkit.

You can:

• Use the Toolkit to create unlimited End Products.
• Use the Toolkit to create End Products where the End Product is shared to End Users.
• Use the Toolkit to create End Products that are published and freely available to End Users.

You cannot:

• Use the Toolkit to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the Toolkit or derivatives of the Toolkit.
• Re-distribute the Toolkit or derivatives of the Toolkit separately from an End Product.
• Share your access to the Toolkit with any other individuals.
