The Nudge feature helps managers build better habits through daily small tasks aimed at improving team trust and support. As UX Lead, I managed everything from concept to design and implementation, adding gamification elements like streaks, coins, and leaderboards to boost engagement. I introduced a friendly animated robot “nudge partner” and standardized the visual language for consistency.

Working closely with multiple PMs, the CPO, developers, and vendors, we delivered incremental updates in small releases to ensure steady progress and minimal bugs. I also created an admin panel for managing nudges and A/B testing. This approach helped make the product scalable and engaging, eventually becoming a key offering that drove real business impact.
