- I’ve started private group coaching for my fellow Amazon colleagues - all pro-bono. Group coaching has a very much different dynamic and I’m in contact with my coaching mentor to make sure that I’m doing it right. We started a structured effort to bring more people to wojo.works - will be monitoring retention, conversion and paid users.

- A serendipitous sequence of events led to me consulting two orgs on how to build analytics teams for their needs (both pro-bono): one didn't go forward after the first chat, another one is going on. Surprised how painful it was to be rejected (the company was just a bit earlier in the journey than I can advise on) in something that I deeply love and care.

- Found coaching mentor after working with several candidates, as I'm keen to grow as a coach, excited!
- Started to have a tiny waiting list for my coaching practice, it can be totally artificial, though. My current capacity is 2 sessions per week, which is 4 clients per month and I have 2 more clients in the wait list.

- Surprised, that I've already achieved client hours needed for ICF certification (need 100 hours), yay! However, just a bit behind on being mentored (only 4 sessions, need at least 10) and haven't thought about making a recording yet.
