**Romans 8:1-2'**So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death. '
[ My Reflection ]
This verse, shared by Pastor Cholo during YP worship, reminds me that I am no longer under condemnation because I belong to Christ Jesus. He has saved me from all my sins and set me free. Through Him, I can live in the power of the life-giving Spirit, free from the control of sin.
It teaches me to remember that my identity is in Christ, and because of His sacrifice, I can walk in freedom, forgiveness, and new life every day.
• Events of the day and my reactions/actions:
This morning, I had guitar class with Kuya Jason. He checked my progress and taught me better ways to remember the chords and play guitar. After class, I went back to my room and then went down for lunch.
After lunch, I took a short rest because I had a headache. Later, I practiced guitar on my own. At 4 p.m., I went to the Bethel room for YP worship.
After worship, I returned to my room to cook and have dinner. Then, I joined the worship team for vocal warm-ups, then had devotion. During devotion, I played guitar with Kristel. Finally, we began our rehearsal for the worship service tomorrow.
• My thoughts for today:
Today made me realize how much God is guiding me in my music and worship. Even though I felt a little tired and had a headache, I was still able to spend time with Him through practice, worship, and devotion.
