Session Overview

Objective: fix the notion-session-export sweeper so Sam gets a review deliverable even when a session already has KB coverage.

What Changed

• Updated the sweeper prompt/config so future runs must always create a review sheet, include already-covered sessions as review rows, send a local macOS notification, attempt a Teams self-chat notification, and surface inline MC options.

• Used Notion KB collection://13d5d9db-4588-41bc-afa9-45ce9e23e56c for duplicate checking and export verification.
• Created/imported a native Google Sheet review queue.
• Sent a local macOS notification successfully.
• Resolved Teams self-chat and attempted a send; write failed with 403 because the connector lacks ChatMessage.Send or Chat.ReadWrite.

Rollback State

• No destructive live-system rollback is needed.
• To revert the behavior change, restore the prior sweeper prompt/config in automation.toml and remove the new review-deliverable requirements.
• The generated Google Sheet can simply be superseded by a newer run; no cleanup is required unless Sam wants old review sheets removed.

Open Follow-Up

• Re-run the sweeper with the new rules on the next cycle and confirm the review sheet includes both newly created KB entries and already-covered sessions.
• If Teams notification is required, reconnect the Teams connector with write scopes.
