đź‘‹ Welcome to Notion!
Here are the basics:
- [ ] You can (and definitely should!) turn on notifications using the three dots in the top right corner of your screen. I recommend selecting “all comments” under the “Notify Me” section to make sure you don’t miss anything. Also note, you need to do this for ALL 3 pages individually (CU Collar Scholars, Announcements, and Discussion) because they aren’t connected.
- [ ] You can access all of the exec/puppy raiser contact info from the “Exec Members and Puppy Raisers” link on the main workspace.
- [ ] Just like GroupMe, you can mention someone in a comment using the @ symbol to make sure they get notified.
- [ ] You can offer to fill any open puppy sitting slots (marked as “Needs Help!!”) by selecting the time slot on the calendar (found at the bottom of the main workspace) and making a comment to let the raiser know you are available! If the raiser chooses you to watch the pup, they will assign the shift to you. You should get a notification when this happens, and the puppy sitting shift should show up in your “tasks” bar on the “Home” page (not the same as the main workspace). Any notes about the shift will be visible when you click on it, and a link to the primary contact’s profile will be available on the page.
- [ ] Tap the home tab button at the bottom left to see your pages
