Everything in Notion is a "block" - a piece of content you can move, format, and organize.

Common Block Types You'll Use

Text blocks - Just start typing for regular text

Headings - Type /heading or use #, ##, or ###

Bulleted lists - Type - then space

Numbered lists - Type 1. then space

To-do lists - Type [] then space, or use /todo
