Notifications includes alerts via Email and Notification Panel on the FightPandemics website.

Value

• Notify users with any updates or changes to their post(s) via emails and in-app notifications
• Bring users back to the FP platform and increase engagement levels of users
• "Close the loop" of matching people with the offers/requests and help achieve the goal of users (which is to get or give help)
• Keep the metric of closing the requests offers before expiry above 50%

End Goal

Users are notified about relevant activity on the posts that they created or commented on.
