The notifications are triggered based on Events or Targets and you can personalize your message for each user from your Shipox account.

📦 Events are ‘order status’, when the status of the order changes from Dispatched to Delivered, you can notify  your customer, or, Admin, or Courier Company.

🧑🏻‍🦰 Targets are ‘People’, whom you want to notify when there are changes in the order statuses.

To set this notification for events or people, please follow the steps below,

  1. Navigate to Options from the left - top.
  2. Settings > Settings Dashboard > Notifications Settings.

  1. ‘Filter by’, you can either choose an Event or Target.
    1. Events - Events are actions or Status Changes like that happens to a specific order.
    2. Targets - Targets are people whom you would like to notify.
  2. You can notify your Targets or Events by — SMS, Email, PUSH, Order Note, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
  3. Click on 'Add Message' under a specific type of notification.
  4. Please note that you can personalize your message with our variable tokens.

Personalize your Message:

👉 Choose the Event Type - Unassigned, or Delivered, or Driver Assigned, or lot more.

👉Choose your Target - For whom you would like to set the notification for.

👉 Choose the Message Type - SMS, Email, PUSH, Order Note, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

👉 Choose he Service Type - You can decide for which service type you would like to set this notifications.

👉 Name - In the Name section, you can add your Notification Name
