The notification center is a notification function built on gambling slot games. It's a place where players can receive news, announcements, and direct messages...etc. The design of notification center has contributed a great success on engagement for activities and features launched afterwards, and has made a good foundation of the notification system which could be extended more notification features in the future.
Back in early 2019, it’s on the stage where our new game brand ”Radi8” just released. Aside from spending efforts on the marketing side, as a product team, we’ve start to think to build a common feature that almost every product have and could potentialy play an important role on getting player more engaged to the new brand, new feature…etc, that is - Notification Center!
To embark on the notification design, we gather all the stakeholders include POs, designer and commercials to put all the ideas together since that we’ve already have some thoughts on that, we wrote on the post it card whatever we think could be potentially send to the players. After we wrote down all the post it, we’ve found that we could sort of categorized the cards by 2 axises - Urgency and Importance, which we think the Urgency one usually have time concern and have something to do with player’s interest, while another factors-Importance will more related to the marketing and business needs and maintenance
