NOTICE OF DEFECT IN JURISDICTION
PURSUANT TO:

TO THE COURT CLERK AND ALL PARTIES:
-
JURISDICTIONAL NOTICE
I, :Waseem: Malik, a Living Man under Natural Law, hereby notify this court of its fatal lack of jurisdiction over my unalienable person, as evidenced by:
- The court’s failure to prove lawful authority over a sovereign Man (per Chisholm v Georgia, 2 U.S. 419 (1793)).
- The absence of a wet-ink signature on any summons or order (rendering them void under R v Clerk to the Bradford Magistrates, ex parte Sykes [1999]).
- This matter’s pending judicial review (AC-2025-LON-001909), which strips this court of authority (Re Tarling [1979] 1 All ER 981).
-
ABUSE OF PROCESS
This rehearing violates:
- The double jeopardy principle (Connelly v DPP [1964] AC 1254).
- The rule of finality (Thrasyvoulou v Secretary of State [1990] 2 AC 273).
