Notes App

Use the Notes app to jot down and organize information during your game sessions.

Accessing the App:

Tap the Notes icon (typically a sticky note 📝) on the Home Screen.

Main Screen (Notes List):

• Displays a list of all your saved notes, usually sorted by the last updated date.
• Each note item shows its title (or "Untitled"), a preview of the content, any associated tags, and the last modified date.
• Search Bar: Use the search bar (🔍) at the top to find notes by title, content, or tag.
• Tag Filter Button (🏷️): Tap this button to open a menu where you can filter the note list to show only notes with a specific tag, or manage your tags. If a filter is active, the selected tag will be displayed at the top.
• New Note Button (+): Tap the plus button to create a new, blank note and open the editor.
• Tap any note item in the list to open it in view mode.

Viewing a Note:

• Displays the note's title, last updated date, associated tags, and the full content.
• Formatted text (bold, lists, etc.) and embedded images are shown as rendered content.
• Tap the Back arrow (←) to return to the notes list.
• Tap the Edit button (✏️) to switch to the editing mode.
• Tap the Delete button (🗑️) to delete the current note (a confirmation prompt will appear).

Editing a Note:

• Allows you to modify the note's Title and Content.
• Rich Text Editor: A toolbar appears above the content area providing formatting options:
  • B (Bold), I (Italic), U (Underline)
  • Bulleted List (•), Numbered List (1.)
  • Link (🔗): Prompts for a URL to create a hyperlink.
  • Image (🖼️): Opens the Foundry VTT File Picker to embed an image into the note.
