If you clicked "TEST" button in Test Notifications but didn't see anything pop up, your browser might not have permissions for showing notifications

For Windows Users

  1. Click the Windows Start button

  2. Go to Settings > System > Notifications

  3. Make sure "Get notifications from apps and other senders" is ON

  4. Scroll down and find your browser (Chrome/Edge/etc.)

  5. Make sure notifications are enabled for your browser

For Mac Users

  1. Click the Apple menu > System Settings

  2. Click "Notifications & Focus"

  3. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is checked

  4. Set you either Banner or Alert type
