Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Noor mobile application (the “App”), provided by Noor (“Noor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App and should discontinue use immediately.
By using Noor, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App, and that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Noor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may only use the App in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any rules or policies of the app store through which you downloaded the App.
All content, features, design elements, functionality, branding, text, graphics, logos, AI structure, software, and proprietary code within the App are owned by Noor or licensed to Noor, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Noor may provide access to Islamic content, including Qur’an-related content, prayer-related information, spiritual reflections, and religious guidance. Noor does not claim ownership over the Qur’an or original sacred Islamic texts themselves.
Where translations, interpretations, summaries, explanations, or AI-generated responses are provided, these are offered for educational, spiritual, and informational purposes only.
