A period of my life where i experienced change.

Being a freelance graphic designer for me was all about making money out of it until i carried out a virtual professional training that changed my life and my entire professional experience.

My Professional and learning experience in the 6 weeks interactive Channelling Intellectual Potential CIP virtual training (was characterized by a series of online courses, sessions, webinars and practical tasks) that improved my knowledge and harnessed my skills in;

¬ Leadership

¬ Goal setting

¬ Emotional intelligence

¬ Budgetting and Finance

¬ Effective communication

The change in perspective experienced through this program redefined my purpose for personal growth and development thereby building a digital brand for sustainable development.

“It's no longer just about making money but rather about solving problems.”

How i felt as i went through the period of change?

I felt grateful with an open mind to continue embracing change through learning, unlearning, re-learning and implementation all through this change process which has enabled me position my brand online to assisting non-profits, businesses, art and brands mainly within the circular economy model to increase visibilty and sales with a consistent brand message that resonates with audience online. Consistently building authority and an online community that supports continous inclusive learning and application through ehical internet practices.

Why Change feels uncomfortable and disruptive?

Change is the only constant in our lives and change is inevitable. But one reason we don't want to change is because we get comfortable where we are and forget where we want to be. We get used to our friends, our job, the place we live and even if it's not perfect we accept it because it's familiar. We got to constantly evaluate ourselves, networks, personal and professional relationships.

The anticipating resistance to my digital tech initiative presents several challenges due to limited knowledge, inadequate resources, and a resistant mentality towards technological advancements in my community. Some of these stakeholders realities regarding digital tech as mentioned above include.

° Limited Digital literacy.

The lack of digital knowledge makes it difficult for people to embrace new technologies.

° Inadequate Infrastructure.

Poor or non-existent digital infrastructure such as limited internet access and unreliable electricity is also a challenge for stakeholders and users.
