Nintendo devices don't have built-in recording and streaming functionality, aside from 30-second clips on the Switch. The exception is with games that have recording incorporated into gameplay, so they create video files you can transfer to PC using a micro SD card.

The Switch Controller
It is possible to record your gameplay by purchasing and setting up a capture card, on both the Wii and the Switch. The most widely-used capture cards are manufactured by Elgato.
