The larger Agentforce objective is still active. Earlier live action Apex QA and authoring-bundle preview passed, but the activated published Builder agent still needs routing repair so it reliably invokes the custom Apex actions instead of answering as a generic customer-service agent. The current UI change improves the attorney hub's guidance layer while that routing work continues.
Continue the Nick Agentforce routing investigation from the published-agent gap. The useful next proof is an activated employee Agentforce agent preview successfully calling the open case, archive, report advisor, insurance knowledge, and document draft prep actions, not only the authoring-bundle preview.
